1, Preparation before starting

2, Ignition

a. Open the air valve, then open the gas valve, and then open the gas valve on the nozzle one by one, gradually increase the flow of gas after ignition, and then open the oxygen valve and the air valve on the nozzle, the air valve on the nozzle at each station can be opened appropriately according to the use of the ignition after.

b. In the normal operation of the machine, in order to avoid confusion of the adjusted valves, permitted in the shutdown of the fire does not close these valves, and the corresponding valve to close; in the next ignition, you can open the air valve and then open a little bit of the gas valve, the nozzle of an ignition, and then open all the gas valves, and then finally open the total valve of the oxygen.

3, Pre-heating

After ignition, it should be run empty for 15-20 minutes to let the machine parts preheat, and then insert the pipe for production after the size is basically stabilized.

4, Special Precautions

a. If you want to stop the machine to check or change the parts during the process, you should close the oxygen valve first, and then close the gas valve to extinguish the flame, so as not to burn the three-jaw chuck and other parts.

b. Oxygen valve when used, should not be opened too large, especially when the gas is open to a smaller, more attention should be paid to avoid causing backfire, burned nozzle and hose, etc.

c. When the machine is running, do not use brushes, gauze or other tools to wipe the rotating parts of the grease or broken glass rotating parts in the refueling, to stop first!

d. Strictly prohibit smoke and fire and oil touching the oxygen pipeline to avoid danger.
